Eligibility for Returns
-Items must be returned within 9 days of the delivery date.
-Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
-All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
-Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
-Non-returnable items: sale/clearance items, intimates, swimwear, earrings, custom or personalized items, and gift cards.
Return Process
-Email us at Everleighandcompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
-Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
-Items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery. Provide photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size changes, color changes, or product defects. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Store Credit
For eligible returns, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit, which never expires.
Final Sale Item
Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased with a promo code greater than 60% cannot be returned or refunded
